Every session begins with a conversation. What's present for you today? Where are you holding? What do you need? From there, the session takes shape around your answers. You won't find a menu here - not because the options are limited, but because the options are endless. Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral, cupping... the full range of tools is on the table. What gets used depends entirely on what your body is asking for that day.
